MBA CSC - Overview

Who are we?

Founded in 1994, the MBA Career Services Council (CSC) is a professional association for individuals in the field of MBA career services, and those that recruit MBAs directly from MBA programs.

MBA CSC Mission

  • Provide a forum for the exchange of ideas and information, and address issues unique to needs of both institutional and corporate members.
  • Provide professional development and networking opportunities for members.
  • Promote collaboration and cooperation among member organizations.
  • Develop and promote standard and ethical operating procedures, including the reporting of salary and employment data.
  • Introduce members to career services and employment vendors and resources.
  • Foster a working relationship with the media and to become the voice for MBA employment information.

Membership Benefits

 A MBA CSC membership includes

  • Access to the wealth of knowledge and experience accumulated by our members. The opportunity to exchange information between members is unrestricted and certainly allows the members to greatly improve their programs through consultation with peers.
  • Read and write ability for organization’s e-mail list server, allowing easy communication between all members, regarding standards changes, new products, reference material, career job openings, industry trends, etc.
  • Participation in the MBA CSC employment statistics reporting, which allows you access to other school’s database and query functions, once you have agreed to share your own.
  • Access to the member Knowledgebase document library, which includes all the "Benchmark" newsletters, survey results, annual conference presentations, and other reference items.
  • Attendance at professional programs, including the Annual MBA CSC Conference, at a discounted registration fee.  These programs are outstanding opportunities to share experiences and knowledge with many of the career professionals who are facing the same issues as you.
  • The opportunity contribute to formulating the policies regarding our evolving industry and contributing to the future direction of MBA career services.
